This last week at work I finished up the March/April product photoshoot for Mia & Maxx Hair Studio. I made about a million of these Kusudama flowers out of old paper bags for the shoot. I spray painted some, left some natural and made all different sizes. I really love the way the shoot turned out but propping the product with these flowers was a styling nightmare. In the end, it was worth all the time and effort. And now I have fun little flowers to put on my Christmas presents instead of bows! Learn how to make your own kusudama flowers here.
Hint, hint: I found that hot glue kept the flowers together better than Elmer’s. Just sayin’.

super cool! …can’t wait to see how these turned out in the shoot! maybe the final product will make its way to your front page?
you’re too cool! these are great!
